Common Questions

These cover registration, login, downloads, and the most common issues players hit before they get in-game.

How do I create an account?
Go to Register, enter your email and password, and complete the captcha. When registration succeeds, you will receive an Account ID. Keep that Account ID and password together because you will use them for launcher and account tools.
Where do I log in and manage my characters?
Use Account Management. That page lets you log in, create or delete characters, access download links, and manage your account-related tools.
How do I download the game client?
After logging in through Account Management, use the download link to get the current launcher and client package. If you do not see the download button, make sure you are logged in first.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Use the password reset tools available from the site. If the automated flow does not solve the issue, contact the server staff through your community support channel so they can verify the account and help.
Can I use special characters in my password?
Yes, but keep in mind the client-compatible limit. The current site pages note that passwords should stay within the visible-character limit used for game login compatibility.
Where can I see who is online?
Visit Who's Online to see active players. You can also check Clans if you want a quick look at the current social scene and clan activity.
What kind of server is Astonia United?
Astonia United is built around classic hack-and-slash MMORPG progression: grinding, build planning, PvE pressure, PvP competition, live events, and long-term character growth.
What should I do if a page fails or something looks broken?
Refresh first, then try the action again from the correct page. If the issue continues, note the page and the exact error message so it is easier to track down. That is much more useful than saying the site "just broke."
