Warrior
Frontline melee
Dagger, Sword, Two-Handed, Gloves
Focus: Strength, Agility, Sword, Two-Handed, Attack, Parry, Tactics
Guide: Best for heavy armor, direct melee pressure, and stable PvE/PvP basics.
Hidden Bonuses: Hidden 12% damage reduction on incoming hits, plus +10% weapon value in Pent zones.
Mage
Pure spellcaster
Staff, Dagger, Gloves
Focus: Wisdom, Intuition, Bless, Heal, Freeze, Magic Shield, Lightning, Fire, Pulse
Guide: Cloth user with the widest spell kit and the best scaling into caster gear.
Hidden Bonuses: Hidden +30% Fire and Flash damage bonus from the live elemental damage path.
Hunter
Melee utility / pet control
Dagger, Sword, Two-Handed, Gloves
Focus: Strength, Agility, Hand to Hand, Dagger, Speed Skill, Tactics, Perception
Guide: Uses hunter utility and pet pressure, but still builds around melee uptime.
Hidden Bonuses: Hunter pets are a core class mechanic, and Hunters also get +10% weapon value in Pent zones.
Monk
Unarmed control fighter
Hand to Hand / Gloves
Focus: Strength, Agility, Hand to Hand, Attack, Parry, Tactics, Immunity
Guide: Cloth user that plays like a fast melee bruiser. Gloves matter here.
Hidden Bonuses: Bless lasts 600 real seconds, Rage bonus is 30% stronger, and derived weapon value gets a hidden +60% boost below level 215.
Jin
Hybrid melee/caster
Warrior-side weapons: Dagger, Sword, Two-Handed
Focus: Wisdom, Intuition, Agility, Strength, Bless, Fire, Lightning, melee core stats
Guide: Blends warrior and mage flags. Flexible but more gear-hungry than pure classes.
Hidden Bonuses: Bless lasts 600 real seconds, Lightning duration gets an extra hidden extension, and Jin does not use Rage or Tactics conversion bonuses.
Seyan
Hybrid burst class
Dagger, Sword, Two-Handed, Gloves
Focus: Wisdom, Intuition, Agility, Strength, Bless, Freeze, melee support stats
Guide: Another warrior/mage hybrid path with strong scaling in mixed builds.
Hidden Bonuses: Lightning duration gets an extra hidden extension, Tactics feeds Sword/Two-Handed directly, and Tactics also gives extra PvE spell power versus NPCs.
Demon
Mage-path special class
Staff, Dagger, Gloves
Focus: Wisdom, Intuition, caster stats, spell damage, Magic Shield, Fire, Lightning, Pulse
Guide: Functions like a mage-class special. Uses cloth gear, gets strong Pent spell bonuses, and is blocked from PvP zones.
Hidden Bonuses: +70% Fire/Flash/Pulse damage in Pent zones, +30% extra enhancer bonus on Pent stone/orb boosting, fixed Demon sprite, and blocked from PvP areas.
Golem
Monk-path special class
Hand to Hand / Gloves
Focus: Strength, Agility, Hand to Hand, Attack, Parry, Tactics, mining support
Guide: Functions like a monk-class special. Uses cloth gear, mines faster, and stays allowed in PvP zones.
Hidden Bonuses: Minewalls break at 1.7x speed, master miners do not spend endurance in fast mining mode, fixed Golem sprite, and still counts as the monk-side hand-to-hand path.
Arch classes are not separate starting classes. They are the upgraded Arch versions of the matching path: Arch Warrior, Arch Mage, Arch Hunter, Arch Monk, Arch Jin, Arch Seyan, Arch Demon, and Arch Golem.
